Tracy Armbruster joined News Channel 12 in March 2010 as a General Assignment Reporter. Before coming to WJTV, she worked at WNEG-TV in Athens, GA as an Anchor/Reporter. She was also the News Director/Anchor/Reporter at WDNN-TV in Dalton, GA. Tracy attended Georgia State University and earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Public and Political Speech. While in college, she interned at WSB-TV in the News Department and with the Investigative Team at WGCL-TV. Both stations are in Atlanta, GA. Tracy is originally from Charleston, SC, and is excited to call the Metro her new home. When she’s not reporting, she enjoys exploring the Magnolia State, going to the gym, and having fun with her friends and her dog, Gizmo. If you have a story idea, Tracy would love to hear it.
