Early on Callaway's Mark Thigpen threw a red zone interception and threw an errant pitch that was recoverd by Yazoo City. However, the Chargers defense bailed out the offense when Tre Dennis hit Jarvin Davis hard enough to jar the ball out and Callaway's Krvonte Paxton is johnny on the spot and scoops it up for a touchdown. The Chargers would go on to win 20-0 over Yazoo City.
