D.I. Smith who served as a Madison County Supervisor won a Runoff race Tuesday securing a spot as the Ridgeland Alderman at Large.
Smith was a County Supervisor until he was defeated by Gerald Steen last November. Steen formerly held the Ridgeland Alderman at Large position.
