Tour Of Homes Attract Crowds

»  Comments | Post a Comment

A Madison neighborhood has come up with a different way to raise money for charity. The Reunion Christmas Tour of Homes featured five houses.

Tickets were ten-dollars per person. And, it allowed everyone, even if they did not live in the subdivision, to tour the holiday decorated homes.

Fifty-percent of the proceeds went to the Reunion Foundation's charity, Hope Hollow Ministries. The five houses will also give their 10-percent of the proceeds to the charity of their choice.

The participants also chose a Madison business to do the tablescape for the tour, which featured the latest holiday trends.

"It’s a huge success. We are so excited about it, and I really didn't doubt that it would be because this is such a giving community,” expresses Cathy Pendleton, co-chair of the Reunion Christmas Tour of Homes.

The Reunion Foundation has already selected the six houses they will feature in next year's Christmas Tour of Homes.
