The Hughes trial has gained a lot of national attention.
Hundreds of thousands have been following the developments online.
Wjtv.com has been a very popular site the past week, with curious case followers checking out the developments and watching the live stream.
Stephanie Catchings and Michelle Barnes have been watching the trial at work on our website since day one.
We were there as they watched the guilty verdict.
"I'm OK with the verdict," said Catchings. "I just feel that she didn't do it alone."
"I personally think that she should've taken the stand to talk for herself," said Barnes.
Hughes broke down after she heard the verdict, and as the ladies watched, they were torn with emotion too.
"My heart just goes out to the families, both of them," said Barnes. "It's just tragic, and I feel so bad for both families, and it's just heart wrenching."
"I'm just glad it's over for the Banks family," said Catchings.
