Charles Tillman in Ward 5 went up against a former council member he beat four years ago. In the results Tillman captured 54% of the vote against his opponent Betty Dagner-Cook. Tillman tells News Channel 12 "the voters of Ward 5 have confidence, trust in me to re-elect me to serve hem for 4 more years, and I truly intend to give them the best service that I possibly can."
