Marshand Crisler and Harvey Johnson, Jr. will face each other in a runoff for the Mayor of Jackson. Current Mayor Frank Melton was defeated in the primary. Melton was also transported to the hospital earlier Tuesday evening for heart problems. The runoff is scheduled for May 19th.
