JACKSON, MISS., Thursday, December 31, 2009---According to Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) officials, all lanes of Highway 18 near Utica is now opened to traffic.
Earlier today, a tanker truck overturned on Highway 18 about three miles west of Utica between Hinds Community College and Carpenter, Miss. closing all lanes of traffic. At this time, officials have re-opened all lanes of Highway 18 to traffic.
