A family is in mourning after their loved one is killed in a car crash. Authorities tell News Channel 12 Destiney A. Jackson,16, lost control of the vehicle she was driving. The crash happened Thursday morning around 12:25 on Highway 28 West of Hazlehurst. Investigators say the teen was driving a Ford Expedition. The teen was pronounced dead on the scene. Authorities say she was not wearing a seat belt and there is no record of the teen having a driver's license. News Channel 12 has a crew on this story.
