Here's a sweet finding that will let you have your cake and eat it too.

A surprising discovery by researchers found that eating dessert for breakfast could actually help you lose weight!

Two groups were studied over 32 weeks.

One group had a low-carb 300 calorie breakfast every morning, and one group had a 600 calorie breakfast that included a dessert.

Both groups lost weight, but the group with dessert lost an average of 40 pounds more than the non-dessert group.

Researchers found that the non-dessert group didn't feel full and eventually cheated on the diet plan, and the dessert group had fewer cravings during the day.

Researchers say it's wise to indulge early in the morning when the body's metabolism is more active.

And doctors at Johns Hopkins University say more than 26 million americans over the age of 50 have hearing loss but only one in seven uses a hearing aid.

The study found lack of health coverage is one reason, but for the most part, people simply feel hearing loss is a part of aging and that there's not much to do about it.

Researchers hope their findings change that perception.
