We believe that our lives can be long and healthy if we just exercise. We are going to exercise everyday so that we can get a good night of rest. Exercising will help us sleep better. We know how important it is for us to be well rested for school the next day. We are going to walk, run, and jump so that we can burn those cookies we ate earlier that day. Exercising will help keep us in shape and maintain our weight. While walking, running, and jumping our heart rate will increase. Exercising keeps our heart healthy. We love our parents so dearly and we are going to encourage them to exercise so that their stress level will decrease. Exercising will help them alleviate the stress that we may sometime cause. Exercise is our key to a healthy life.
