You can be healthy at any age. The three greatest words to tell your self each day to live a healthier life is “I Love You.” Love provides your body and mind to become more positive, emotionally healthy, and it teaches you how to love your self. Our class feels that a healthier life begins on the inside, and to attain that you must learn how to love your self-first.
We plan to participate in a contest March 29, 2010 to April 9, 2010. During this time, we will create a class graph and place small hearts to record each time students say the word “I Love You.” The hearts will represent the imprints of love and support of others in our class home.
Although, there are many ways to maintain a healthy body such as: eating healthy food, stop eating when you are stressed, exercising, and caring about your self, our class believes we can promote all of these healthy habits by loving yourself. Our personal goal is to love and support others by saying “ I Love You.” There are 27 students in our class, which makes our class daily goal for saying the words “I Love You” 27 times. We calculated that if we meet our personal goal we would have made 243 attempts to conquering the path to loving your self.
As a result, we hope that it encourages us to live healthier lives.
Class Motto:
Let’s put our voices together and say the words “I Love You, I love myself, and I love my health.”
