Our class definitely needs to make changes to live healthier lives. We must eat healthier, get lots of exercise, and get plenty of rest. We want to do these things as part of the “Living Healthier Lives” challenge.
We have decided to eat more fruits and vegetables and less junk food. We have committed to drinking at least eight glasses of water each day. We are going to ask our parents to bake more and fry less. We will tell our parents to watch Rachael Ray’s “30 Minute Meals” for healthy cooking ideas.
Our class has also decided that we need to get more exercise. We are going to stretch every morning after morning announcements. We will run laps before we start our P.E. activities. We are also going to participate in yoga exercises or aerobics once a week. Our class made a pact to spend more time playing outside when we get home and less time watching television.
In order to be healthy, we need to get plenty of rest. We promise to go to bed no later than 8:30 P.M. We will go straight to bed instead of staying up late and watching television. If we get tired, we will take a nap.
As you can see, we must make many changes to live healthier lives. We will eat healthier, get lots of exercise, and get plenty of rest. We have made a commitment to take the “Living Healthier Lives” challenge. We’re ready to live healthier and longer!!
