Living healthier lives as a class is not hard to do. We can change the things we do by eating and exercising. In the morning at school we eat a healthy breakfast like cereal with fruit and orange juice. Sometimes at lunch we can have a salad with vegetables and milk. There are so many other different foods to eat to become healthy.
Exercising is another way to live a healthier life. On Thursday we have P.E. this is my favorite day of the week. On a nice day we get to go outside and walk the track. Sometimes, we do different exercises like jumping jacks and push ups. Our favorite thing to do for exercise is jump rope and hula hoop. The boys sometimes play soccer or football. The things we do at school help us to live a healthier life.
