To be healthy means to eat vegetables, exercise, eat less junk food, and drink more water. Vegetables are the number one things that you need to be healthy. If you eat protein you can be healthy. Another important thing is water. You cannot go days or weeks without water. Water helps you to have a lot of energy, like vegetables do. You should drink white milk. White milk makes you very strong. You should not eat junk food, such as pies, cakes, sodas, and cookies all the time. If you eat a lot of junk food you will become weak because your body will have a lot of sugar and calories in it.
A second thing that you should do to keep healthy is to exercise everyday. You can run the track to get you in good shape. You can do jumping jacks, push-ups, and jump rope. Being healthy is easy and very important.
