You should also eat things with nutrients, protein, calcium, whole-grains, and wheat. If you eat the things we have written, you can become stronger, taller, and gain better eyesight. There are also foods you shouldn’t eat. You shouldn’t eat things like junk food and sweets. You also shouldn’t eat that much fat, sugar, or sodium. If you eat too much of these things, you would grow tired, overweight, and out of shape. Lastly, our class will try to eat healthy foods so we can stay healthy.
