The number one thing we will do in order to live healthier lives is to just say no. There are many things we can say no to, but we’ll just name a few.
The first thing we will just say no to is drugs. Drugs are 100% bad for your body. When you smoke or drink, you cause the major organs in your body to stop functioning the way they normally would. Most importantly, taking the wrong drugs or taking too many drugs can cause you to make bad decisions.
The next thing we will just say no to is eating fast food and kid’s meals. Eating a lot of fast food is just not healthy. Most, if not all, of the food is fried or cooked in heavy grease. The heavy grease keeps your blood from flowing to your heart properly. Most importantly, eating too much of these fast foods will cause you to gain weight. We will instead choose to eat more fruits and vegetables to help make our minds and bodies strong.
The last thing we will just say no to is the TV and video games. Watching too much TV and playing video games all day can make you lazy. Instead of being in the house, we will go outside and become active. Being outside will allow us to breathe fresh air. Most importantly, being active outside can help you lose weight and build strong, healthy muscles.
From this day forward, we promise to live healthier lives by just saying NO!!
