There are a lot of small ways to change your life style to become healthier, like using less grease while cooking, eat more fruits and veggies, and drinking water. We can also drink healthier by taking away soda. These are our ideas on how to be healthier.
We have come up with some ideas on how to eat healthier. At home, you should cook with less grease and bake or grill more foods. Also, you can eat more fruits and veggies. The foods we normally eat, eat in smaller portions. Also, give kids healthier snacks.
To start off, we should drink healthier drinks. Children should stop drinking so much soda and drink water and sugar free kool aid. We should have more natural sugar in our drinks instead of so much added sugar. We could also drink smoothies to replace eating fruits. If we get everyone to try these tips, we would all be healthier.
Some ways to get kids to drink more water is to give them flavored water. We could also take away soda until they drink at least four glasses of water. We should keep encouraging our kids to drink healthier drinks. Our bodies would die if we didn’t have enough water. Therefore, water is very important in life.
Over all, we have given many ideas and compromises to try healthier drinks and healthier foods. We should try baking or grilling more, drinking more water, and not drinking so much soda. We can all make just a few small changes for extremely large results. Last, but not least, if we all try to eat healthier, we might actually cut down the obesity for Mississippi.
