One thing we could change to live healthier is to eat more broccoli. It is like a mean
green cleansing machine. I like it because it tastes good too, so how about you?
One thing we can change to live healthier lives is exercise more. We can ride bikes instead of driving. We can go to the park and play. We can go walking on a nature trail. Exercise will give you more energy and help you keep a healthy weight.
One thing we could change to live healthier is stop smoking. Smoking is bad for your lungs. If you smoke to much it will kill you. If you smoke around other people you will give them second hand smoke. So stop smoking.
One thing we could change to live healthier is eat fruits and apples and grapes and peaches and oranges. Fruits are good for you. Fruits make your teeth clean. Fruits even make you grow.
One thing we can change to live a healthier life is to not eat junk food. If you eat junk food you will get sick. You need to eat healthier food besides junk food. If you eat healthier food besides junk food, you’ll be happier. And your tummy won’t be mad.
Junk food is not healthy because it’s not good for your teeth and body in the near future of your life. One, junk food causes cavitites and tooth aches. Two is may cause sugar and obeseity. The saying you are what you eat. In closing if you want sweets choose natural sweets as far as fresh fruits, something that is healthy and not harmful to your teeth and body.
One thing we could change to live healthier lives is to eat fruit. Fruit like oranges are a good source of vitamin C. Bananas are a good source of potassium. Even small blueberries have anti-oxidents. No matter what size, color, or shape, eating fruit can help you live a healthier life.
One thing we could change to live healthier is exercise. If we start exercising almost every day we could lose a lot of body weight. It’s good to exercise. When we are at school at P.E. we can exercise. We should exercise, we will feel good!
One thing we could change to live healthier is eat more vegetables. We can help each other work out a little more. We can also cut down on tv and video games. Everybody sould get up and go outside to run and play for an hour.
One thing we could change to live healthier is eat more fruits. Fruits help you run faster and jump higher. Some fruits are small in size, but big in flavor. I am glad I love to eat fruits.
One thing we could do to live healthier is to eat our delicious fruits. When you eat these yummy fruits they can help make you stronger. They make you feel all warm. When you eat our fruits you get happier and happier and happier. Your muscles get stronger. When you eat our fruits, you won’t get stomachaches and stuff.
One thing we could change to live healthier lives is stop eating junk food. Junk food will make you tired and lazy. Who wants to be a couch potato? A couch potato never has any fun playing baseball. Living healthier lives will help life be happy and fun.
One thing we can change to live healthier lives is to not eat junk food. Junk food can give you diarrhea and diabetes. You will get a bad stomachache and your head will hurt. And, you won’t exercise. You will get really sick if you eat too much junk food.
One think we could change to live healthier lives is exercise. First exercise is healthier because you will have muscles. Next if you exercise you will get stronger. Exercise is good for everyone.
One thing we can change to live healthier lives is to stop eating junk food because it will make you fat. It will make you sick. It will also make your stomach hurt.
Do not do things that are bad for you. Eating junk food makes you fat and junk food can make your tummy hurt. Eat more veggies because they are healthy. Exercising is good for you too.
