Future Stars: Karate

The students at the Reservoir Ymca Karate are preparing for the annual Kick’n with Santa dinner demo fund raiser. This annual event will be held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church on Lakeland Dr. on Tuesday, December 1st.

The students are required to do a certain amount of community service to get promoted. This is a win win for the student as it teaches them the importance in giving back to the community and encourages them to put 110% into their training. This spaghetti dinner will be donated by Cerami’s Italian Restaurant and will be served while these dedicated martial art students demonstrate the traditional self defense techniques. We provide the entertainment and the food for only $ 7 a plate. The proceeds from this event benefit the special needs at Hudspeth.

Hudspeth is a Group Home for the severe physically and mentally handicap. Now more than ever they need to raise additional funds to help cover the ongoing expenses it takes to provide comfort to God’s Special Angel’s.
