Jamar Chaney: Florida Postgame Interview

Jamar Chaney and the Mississippi State defense gave Florida all they could handle. Chaney finished with twelve takles, including one for a loss and forced a fumble. Despite the effort the Gators Left Davis Wade Stadium with a 29-19 victory.

“With me being from Florida and them having um, you know, coming here a number one team, we really thought we should, we could have won this game. Falling short really hurt us. We just got to move on and get ready for Kentucky and try to get to a bowl game this year,“ said Chaney.

It was a very emotional game and both teams had to be separated several times at mid filed after some pushing and shoving.

“Its not bad blood, its just, you’re competing out there and you’re not gonna let no body sit there and push you around and just try to to punk you. We’re not gonna let anybody come into our house and treat us bad. You can take it how you want to take it but its all love. We shook hands after the game,“ said Chaney.
