Capital City Classic Tickets Still Available

Tickets for the 2009 Capital City Classic are available.  The annual battle between the Jackson State football Tigers and the Alcorn State Braves will take place on Saturday, Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium.

General admission tickets are $20 in advance and $25 on game day. JSU and Alcorn State students can purchase tickets for $15 with student ID. Box seats are $45 (advance), $50 (game day). General parking is $10.

Capital City Classic tickets can be purchased on the JSU campus at the Athletics Ticket Office located in the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. On Thursday and Friday the ticket office will be open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased at the following satellite locations: Smith’s Grocery (Ridgeway), Brass Exchange (Woodrow Wilson), Watkins Shell (Watkins Dr.), Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium and BeBop Records.
