Tigers to hold JSU Basketball Madness Thursday

The Jackson State men’s and women’s basketball programs will hold “JSU Basketball Madness - A Night of Champions” at 6:30 p.m. at the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center on Thursday, Oct. 22.
The event will be the first opportunity for JSU basketball fans to see the 2009-10 Tiger and Lady Tiger teams. Both teams will have inter-squad scrimmages. There will be a slam dunk contest and a three-point shooting contest. The Sonic Boom of the South will play and the prancing J-Settes will dance. The greek letter organizations will perform and the mascot and Baby Tigers will entertain the crowd.
