Defense Accuses FBI Agent of Misconduct

Shortly before noon Tuesday in the Melton trial, the defense dropped a bombshell. They claim that an FBI agent intimidated Michael Taylor. The defense says that the agent was seen talking to Taylor on the loading dock at the federal courthouse where Taylor had gone to smoke. Taylor was on the stand Monday and Tuesday morning. He was allegedly with Melton at the Ridgeway St. house the night the home was damaged. More to come here at WJTV.com and on News Channel 12.
