Police Arrest Jim Hill Student For Having A Gun On Campus

Jackson Police have arrested a Jim Hill High School student for bring a gun on school property. Officers went to the school around 9:30 Thursday morning after reports that senior Antjuan Taylor, 18, had a gun in his book bag. Officers searched the bab and found the gun. Taylor was taken to the Hinds County Detention Center and faces a charge of possessing a firearm on school property. No one was hurt.
