Body Found In Edwards
The Hinds County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the discovery of a badly decomposed human torso in Edwards. Investigators say two fishermen found the body in water under a bridge on Highway 80 near the Big Black River around 3:00 Monday afternoon. At this point investigators say they don’t know if the person is a man or a woman nor how the person died. The remains are now with the State Crime Lab.
