Selected jurors will be sequestered during the trial. The judge still hopes to have a jury seated by Friday.

People many have already convicted Carla of murder and you don’t have all the facts. A Texas man was set free after spending 20+ years in prison for a murder he didn’t commit. Apparently police had everything to convict this innocent man and they did. No offense to the police, they are doing their job. Avis and the baby’s murder was horrendous I must admit and the death penalty is serious. If Carla is convicted and sentenced to death, and 20+ years from now evidence clears Carla she won’t be able to walk out of jail. Now are we going to do the same to Carla and was done to this Texas man as well as others without giving her a chance to speak. She might be guilty alone and she could have had an accomplish or at the same time she could be innocent. Please lets refrain from convicting her until the Justice system has had a chance to work for the Banks family as well as Carla. My heart truly goes out to both families. The Banks family has suffered a great loss and the Hughes family will suffer a great lost with the death penalty. If you listened to the Banks’ family’s interview it told us the actions of Mr. Pittman after this happened were very questionable, he even pleaded the 5th, but now he is a prosecution witness. Hum, he has had three years to get his thoughts together. I am not saying he is guilty, but we need to hear from him and know where he was as well as answers to all the other questions he would not answer. All I am saying is, AMERICA LETS HEAR THE FACTS FIRST.
