Madison County authorities are investigating a deadly shooting that started at a Canton apartment complex early Wednesday morning. This happened shortly after 12:30 at the complex at 107 Parkview Drive in Canton.
Tina Starks, 27, and her sister Latara Starks, 31, were both shot. Tina was taken to UMC. Latara was pronounced dead at the scene. Grover Anderson, 46, is accused of shooting the women. He then led police on a chase. Authorities say he eventually pulled over on Highway 49 and shot and killed himself.
