To you Ms. Rhonda you are so selfishes, but Ms. Hughes didnt think enough of herself, less on her child, mother, father, nor family. The only thing she thought about was a D***. Give her the death penalty. She took a life and a innocent baby life. She was wrong. He didnt make her she did it on her own.
She is guilty. Stupidity?Murder? She is guilty. May she be an example that there are consequences to your actions. Avis and Keylon did not deserve to die this way. Someone should be held accountable and if she could not prove otherwise…..
There is no 5-7 she can ONLY get life or death. The fact that she did not speak and ONLY showed emotion when it was all about her speaks for itself. Her son did NOT live with her, he had been living with his grandparents before any of this happened so I don’t see how her not being around is going to matter. At least she was allowed to have her Son, Ms. Banks son was killed in the womb.
Rest In Peace to Avis Marie Banks and her baby boy Keylan (11/29/2006).
Judge not, you will be judged. Carla keep the faith, my heart goes out to the banks family. I do not think the jury is sure so therefore if you have to do anything I pled you with you to give her nothing less than five and nothing more than tenyears she has a child that needs his mother.
