A Madison County man is accused of having child pornography. Authorities arrested 30-year-old Isaac Hartley Friday. He is charged with ten counts of possessing child porn. Right now—he’s being held in the Madison County jail. Hartley faces up to 40 years in prison for each count. The arrest followed an investigation through the Attorney Generals Office.
