Jackson Police Officer Craig Crowley arrests 17 year-old Andre bass.News Channel 12 records a Jackson police officer making an arrest. The arresting officer is now under investigation. A police sources tell News Channel 12 officer Craig Crowley’s actions are under review by the Internal Affairs Division. This video shows officer Crawley taking 17-year-old Andre Bass into custody. Officer Crowley can be heard calling Bass the n-word. You can also see Crawley kicking the teen to take him to the ground. Police say Bass and two other 16-year-olds robbed the elderly owner of Bell’s Robes and Worship Aids on Medgar Evers. The owner tells New channel 12 the three teens approached him as he was going into the store. He says he wrestled with them and they tried to shoot him…then they took off. Police say the trio also face carjacking charges related to another incident last week.

That’s crazy you want to punish an officer who was doing his job. He may have used a “certain.“ word he should not have used, but the man is still protecting the streets of a residential neighborhood. You need to concentrate on lowering crime instead of FOOLISHNESS. That’s why jobs leave Jackson and the CAPITOL city is shrinking rapidly. Who wants to come to a city where they protect the criminals more than they do the tax paying citizens. I wish the “street thug” was in Texas we would put a needle in his arm so fast, and the officer would get a reward.
This is just another case of someone trying to make a LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER look bad. This little punk had just robbed a elderly person (preying on the weak) for a easy dollar. They just got CAUGHT!

This is the kind of Policeman we need! I think the little P*** got off good. The Officer did NOTHING WRONG.They could have killed that Old Man over what was his.And calling him the N word their parents have called them worst than that.Let that Officer along and handle their A****!!!!!!!!
I was always told that two wrongs don’t make a right. Yes the teens were wrong for their actions. But the adult police officer was also wrong. When everyone says that it takes a village to raise a child. These teens are the examples of a failed home setting, a failed society setting. For they can only act as they have been taught. They been taught to act like the N. word that he called them.
This is one of the most stupid things I have ever heard of! This HOODLEM, STRONG ARM ROBBER is upset because he was put-down and the “N-word” was used. If I were the officer, he wouldn’t remember what word was used thus deterring additional crime…..
