The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics says it will take at least two years before we know the full effects of the law aimed at cracking down on meth crimes in the state. The law which took effect July 1st requires a doctor’s prescription to buy medicines that contain pseudoephedrine, an ingredient used in common cold and allergy medicines.
