There are more developments on Chris Brown’s domestic violence charge. Sources close to the couple have identified Rihanna as the victim of an alleged assault by boyfriend Chris Brown. Now, Wrigley is announcing it’s pulling its DoubleMint ad campaign featuring Brown as the spokesman. The gum company isn’t dropping the singer completely - just putting the catchy commercial on hold until the situation’s resolved. This, after police responding to a domestic battery call in Hollywood Sunday—hours before the Grammys—found Rihanna, with quote - “visible injuries”. Brown turned himself into police —and is charged with a felony count of domestic violence. The R&B power couple were a no-show later that night at the Grammys - when both were scheduled to perform. Brown, who was nominated for two grammys, was released on 50-thousand dollars bond.
