LOS ANGELES (AP) - Fans are gearing up to check out Michael Jackson’s final act as a movie draw. Tickets for “Michael Jackson: This Is It” have been selling well since they went on sale. Sony Pictures reports hundreds of show times have sold out since tickets began selling on Sunday. The film is based on rehearsal footage for the singer’s planned comeback tour in London. Jackson died June 25, as he was preparing for those shows. The film opens October 28 and will run for only two weeks. There were special advance screenings set for Los Angeles. All 3,000 of those seats were sold within two hours. Some fans lined up for nearly three days to make sure they got their tickets.
