Judge Says Tyra Banks' Stalker Needs Counseling

»  Comments | Post a Comment

A judge says a Georgia man who was convicted of stalking Tyra Banks won't go to jail but should get counseling. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke says Brady Green's defense lawyer should help his client get psychiatric counseling. He says he should also help him find a job in "a location where he can thrive," and that "likely will not be the city of New York." Burke convicted the 39-year-old resident of Dublin, Ga., of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment. He heard the case without a jury. Defense lawyer Jeffrey Berman says he plans an appeal. Green had faced up to 90 days in jail at sentencing on June 18.
